Ready, Set, Science!
We started our first science unit this month, Ready, Set, Science! Our class loved getting to explore some of the science tools that we will use throughout the year. Be sure to ask your Kinder which science tool was their favorite!
Election Day
Our kindergartners were excited to vote in Brownstown's Mock Election on Election Day! Thank you, Mrs. Wertz for setting up our voting center!
October Students of the Month
Our character trait for the month of October was RESPECT: recognizing a sense of the worth or excellence of a person, thing, idea, etc. Congratulations to our two students of the month!
Pumpkin Painting
One of our cafeteria helpers, Mrs. Garmin, donated pumpkins to all of our kindergartners this year! Our class decided that it would be a lot of fun to paint those pumpkins with all of the colors that we have been learning about in art. Thank you, Mrs. Garmin!

Letter Vests
We have been working hard on learning all of the letters and the sounds they make. Here are pictures of the letter vests that we made at home to wear in our fashion show for the sixth graders. We had so much fun! Thank you parents for all of your help! :)
Barn Hill Preserve
Yesterday we were lucky enough to have Barn Hill Preserve here at BT for an assembly. They shared six of their animals with us. We loved getting to see and learn more about the animals. Thank you, Barn Hill!
